Banham Poultry Hatchery put all their eggs in to Adcock's hands!

We are very pleased to announce that Banham Poultry of Attleborough, Norfolk, have instructed us to replace 3 existing chillers that provide chilled water to their hatchery machinery.

The hatchery contains around 2,000,000 eggs at any one time so temperature control is of paramount importance. This makes for challenging work as the chilled water can only be interrupted for a maximum of 1 hour.

To assist us with this project we will use a temporary chiller which will maintain chilled water production whilst we isolate and remove the existing units. We will then supply and install 3 new Daikin EWAD chillers in a new configuration with a revised mechanical pipework layout and new central controls.

Due to the fact that Adcock originally installed the existing system some 20 years ago, the client can be assured that the new installation will provide the same high levels of operation and reliability.

The installation will commence in early April, 2017.
