The theme for this year's World Mental Health Day is "Making mental health for all a global reality." This subject emphasises how crucial it is to spread knowledge about mental health, help those in need, and—most importantly—eradicate the stigma frequently connected with poor mental health.

We are pleased to announce that we are The Lighthouse Club's Annual Company Supporter.

The Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity is the only charity that provides mental, physical and financial wellbeing support to the construction community and their families. A crucial element of their strategy is to provide a wide range of free and widely available pro-active resources to support the industry.

The charity provides a free and confidential 24/7 Construction Industry Helpline which is a free Employee Assistance Programme for the industry. Whether you’re an employer or an employee, the helpline provides the first point of contact for those who need to access a range of completely confidential support services.
