The ctalk contact centre system provides a wide range of call management services across the UK. Their support services include contact centres, outbound dialling, call recording and 24/7 automated call handling.
Adcock recently won the contract for the new ctalk premises in Stafford, having maintained and serviced the air conditioning at the original site just across the road. ctalk had outgrown their former location and needed to move to the much larger building nearby. We aided them in the reconfiguration and relocation of the building’s existing VRF system.
ctalk transformed the second floor with a highly contemporary, all white, large panel design. They wanted the old air conditioning system upgraded to match the new look, so Adcock installed new cassettes and modernised the controls. On the ground floor, we relocated the existing air conditioning units to suit the new layout within the building. We also installed a new air conditioning system to the Comms Room, as this area is a fundamental part of ctalk’s business. The system will work alongside two back-up systems, thereby protecting the customer’s vital equipment.
The air conditioning controls for both floors were then updated to incorporate a large Daikin intelligent controller, enabling the whole site to be controlled from one central point.
Adcock brought considerable expertise to the job, in working with established suppliers to update the old system and meet the need for modernisation of the new premises.
