Ongoing Support Since 2001: St Columba’s College

We are proud to continue our long-standing partnership with valued client St Columba’s College, who has trusted us with their HVAC needs since 2001. Over the past two decades, we’ve built a trusted relationship by consistently delivering reliable, responsive, and tailored HVAC support. 

Our maintenance and service contract includes two planned visits per year during school holidays, maintaining all on-site air conditioning systems. These scheduled visits ensure essential work is carried out with minimal disruption, helping to prevent costly breakdowns and extend the lifespan of their equipment. 

In response to increased short-term cooling needs, we supplied 12 portable air conditioning units as a temporary solution from May to July 2025. Our Sales team are now working closely with the College to design and install a permanent system during the upcoming summer closure. 

In April 2025, we also carried out a TM44 Energy Survey, which not only confirmed regulatory compliance but also provided valuable insights into potential energy savings and sustainability improvements.
