Fresh air for multi-million pound Apprentice Training School

Wednesday, August 3, 2022 | Air Conditioning

Adcock was contracted by Warwick Burt Construction to design an optimal comfort solution for a multi-million pound vocational training school for Stainless Metalcraft in Chatteris.

The Centre will provide vocational training for 80 to 130 apprentices each year, giving future generations of apprentices the abilities they need to thrive and provide a strong and proud legacy of manufacturing and engineering.

Adcock are a Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Quality Partner and selected VRF and heat recovery ventilation equipment from this global leader in air conditioning systems. The system provides distributed airflow, flexibility of installation, a high level of heat recovery ventilation, as well as zoned heating and cooling. The full mechanical and plumbing package was also delivered by Adcock. As a Mitsubishi Diamond Quality Partner, we have priority access to the latest training and technical support.

As an engineering company, we take great pleasure in developing the best climate control solutions so that aspiring engineers and their instructors can continue to concentrate on their studies even when the outside temperature is climbing.

The project was the latest in a long line of projects for Warwick Burt Construction going back 20 years.
