A huge Adcock congratulations to Liam, Hayden, Ryan, Luke, Harry, Ryan and Lewis on successfully passing the Fundamental training programme from our training centre based in Kings Lynn.

Our Adcock bespoke City and Guilds course includes practical and written exams and practical skills tests which ensure the students leave the course with the highest standards.

Over the two-year course the trainees have each built a comprehensive portfolio through face-to-face training at the Kings Lynn training centre and e-learning from their homes during Covid lockdowns. Our graduates have worked in the field taking the lead on live jobs to gain experience whilst under supervision from our dedicated skilled team of engineers.

Gathering equipment information, collecting data and recording evidence of their work to complete assignments from real life practical skills and meeting our customer care needs in a courteous manner.

During the course they each completed the installation and commissioning of a low temperature cold room and a complex Air Conditioning system to demonstrate their knowledge. The students also completed a category 1 pass of the F-Gas regulations for the safe handling of refrigerants as required by DEFRA.

In September we welcome the next eight trainees to our centre under the supervision of our training manager Brian Parker, soon another generation of engineers will be ready for our continued expansion.
