Horizon Construction – Pertwee Estates: The Maltings

Pertwee Estates are converting one of the Ipswich’s most interesting and historic buildings into office accommodation.

This iconic building, to be known as The Maltings, is close to Ipswich station, town centre and business district. 

Pertwee Estates wanted flexible office space that could have the potential to be let to one or multiple companies. Owing to limited floor to ceiling height at each level we designed a Daikin VRV System using Floor Mounted Cased fan coils. This provided the flexibility to have open plan office areas as well as divided areas as required. 

Mark Pertwee believed that Adcock offered him piece of mind that he would achieve a high-quality installation and our local office would provide the required level of after sales support.

This together with our careful consideration and sympathetic approach to the interior design were key in securing this project.
