Lamborghini Showroom Installation for Chiltern Construction & Design Ltd, Poole

We are delighted to be delivering the full mechanical services installation for the new Lamborghini showroom in Poole on behalf of our long-standing client, Chiltern Construction & Design Ltd.

Chiltern has been a valued client of ours since 2012, and over the past decade we have successfully collaborated on a wide range of prestigious developments. We are proud of the trusted relationship we have built and are pleased to be supporting them on another landmark automotive project.

Our scope includes the supply, installation and commissioning of all required mechanical services in line with the project design and performance specifications. The HVAC systems are being delivered using equipment from Daikin, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of climate control technology. As an accredited Daikin D1+ Partner, we are able to provide our client with complete peace of mind, technical assurance and extended warranty.

Indoor units are wall-mounted with concealed ducted systems used where required to preserve the showroom’s clean architectural lines. Given the coastal location, outdoor condenser coils are treated with a specialist anti-corrosion coating to ensure long-term protection and performance. Ventilation will provide calculated fresh air with integrated heat recovery to maximise efficiency.

The heating design uses a Variable Refrigerant Volume system in place of traditional boilers and radiators, alongside an immersion heater for hot water. Local wired controllers and a central touchscreen controller provide full system control, with CO-monitored workshop ventilation and dedicated manufacturer controls completing the installation.
