Adcock has recently completed a comprehensive HVAC deep clean at Walker Timber Engineering Ltd, one of our newer clients who joined us in September 2024.
Walker Timber Engineering is a pioneer in UK timber frame construction and a recognised market leader in the sector. With strategically located factories in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire and Hixon, Staffordshire, the company provides fully integrated in-house services covering design, production, delivery and frame erection.
Industrial environments involved in timber construction can generate high levels of airborne dust and particulates. Similar conditions are often found in other manufacturing and processing settings such as woodworking facilities, sawmills, joinery workshops, manufacturing plants, warehouses and production environments where cutting, machining or material handling takes place. Over time, these particles can accumulate within HVAC systems, restricting airflow, reducing efficiency and placing additional strain on critical components. In environments like these, periodic deep cleaning plays an important role in maintaining system performance, improving reliability, and protecting the long-term lifespan of HVAC equipment.
Recognising this, Walker Timber Engineering acted on Adcock’s recommendation to carry out a full deep clean of their HVAC units. The results were clear. The before-and-after images show the significant build-up that can occur in demanding environments, and how thorough professional cleaning restores systems to optimal condition.
Regular maintenance is key to keeping HVAC equipment operating efficiently and reliably. Through Adcock’s maintenance agreements, clients benefit not only from scheduled servicing but also from round-the-clock support, ensuring rapid assistance when needed and helping extend the lifespan of critical equipment.
We are pleased to be supporting Walker Timber Engineering in maintaining the performance of their systems and look forward to continuing our partnership.
